These Terms & Conditions establish the general rules governing inquiries, estimates, renovation services, project communications, and use of this website. By requesting information, scheduling a consultation, approving an estimate, or proceeding with services, you acknowledge these terms and any additional conditions contained in your signed project agreement.

1Service Requests.

Information submitted through the website is used to understand your project requirements and determine whether our services are appropriate for your property. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or guarantee availability, pricing, or a particular completion date.

2Project Assessments.

Estimates and recommendations may be based on information provided by the homeowner, photographs, measurements, consultations, or on-site observations. Conditions that are concealed, inaccessible, damaged, or otherwise not reasonably observable during an initial assessment may require additional evaluation and adjustment to the project scope.

3Written Agreements.

A project becomes formally authorized when the applicable written proposal, estimate, work order, or service agreement has been reviewed and accepted according to its stated requirements. If these general website terms conflict with a specific signed project agreement, the project agreement will control for that particular service.

4Materials & Product Selection.

Material selections, fixtures, appliances, finishes, and equipment are subject to manufacturer specifications and availability. Product substitutions may become necessary when an item is discontinued, unavailable, delayed, or otherwise unsuitable for the project. Any material substitution requiring customer approval will be presented for review before installation.

5Property Preparation.

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and work areas during scheduled service periods. Personal belongings, fragile objects, valuables, and items located within active construction zones should be removed or properly secured before work begins.

6Site Conditions.

Renovation work can reveal conditions that were not visible before demolition or construction, including outdated wiring, plumbing deficiencies, moisture damage, structural concerns, mold-like conditions, code issues, or unsuitable previous work. Such discoveries may require additional labor, materials, inspections, or professional evaluation before the original scope can continue.

7Change Orders.

Requests to modify the approved design, materials, dimensions, finishes, equipment, or scope may require a written change order. Changes can affect both cost and schedule. Work associated with a material change will not be considered part of the original scope unless confirmed through the applicable project documentation.

8Scheduling & Delays.

Proposed start and completion dates are provided in good faith and may change because of permitting, inspections, weather, material availability, supplier interruptions, property access, labor availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when circumstances materially affect the anticipated schedule.

9Customer Decisions.

Customers are responsible for providing timely approvals, selections, measurements where applicable, and other decisions necessary to keep a project moving. Delays in customer approvals or selections may result in corresponding changes to the project schedule and may affect material ordering or labor coordination.

10Payments & Invoicing.

Deposits, progress payments, retainage, and final balances, when applicable, will be governed by the payment schedule stated in the signed project agreement. Customers are responsible for reviewing invoices and notifying us promptly of any apparent discrepancy. Unresolved balances may affect scheduling or continuation of non-emergency work.

11Cancellation & Rescheduling.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the applicable service agreement, project stage, materials ordered, and work already performed. Customers should review the cancellation provisions provided with their project documents. Costs that have already been incurred or materials that cannot reasonably be returned may remain payable where permitted by the agreement and applicable law.

12Workmanship & Manufacturer Warranties.

Any workmanship warranty will be governed by the warranty terms stated in the applicable project agreement. Products, fixtures, appliances, equipment, and materials may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's own eligibility requirements, exclusions, registration procedures, and limitations.

13Safety Requirements.

Construction and renovation areas may contain tools, equipment, debris, temporary barriers, exposed components, and other hazards. Customers, children, guests, and pets should remain away from restricted work areas unless expressly authorized. We may pause work if conditions present an unreasonable safety concern or prevent the crew from performing services responsibly.

14Permits & Inspections.

Where permits or inspections are required, responsibilities for obtaining and coordinating them will be established in the applicable project agreement. Governmental review periods and inspection availability are outside our direct control and may affect project scheduling.

15Existing Property Conditions.

We are not responsible for deterioration, defects, code violations, structural deficiencies, utility problems, or damage that existed before our work began unless expressly included within the agreed scope. Additional services required to address pre-existing conditions may be documented through a change order.

16Third-Party Services.

Certain projects may involve independent manufacturers, suppliers, specialty contractors, inspectors, architects, engineers, or other professionals. Their services may be governed by separate agreements and professional requirements. Where applicable, their warranties and responsibilities remain subject to their own contractual terms.

17Website Content.

Website descriptions, photographs, project examples, design concepts, service descriptions, and other published materials are provided for general informational purposes. Actual project results may vary based on property conditions, selected materials, design requirements, workmanship conditions, and other project-specific circumstances.

18Intellectual Property.

Unless otherwise stated, original website text, graphics, layouts, branding, photographs, illustrations, and other creative materials belong to the website operator or its authorized licensors. Visitors may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, scrape, or commercially use protected content without appropriate permission.

19Electronic Communications.

By submitting a contact, consultation, estimate, or service form, you authorize us to contact you regarding the request through the contact information provided. Marketing communications, where applicable, may be managed through available unsubscribe or communication preference options.

20Limitation of Liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on general website information. Liability associated with contracted project work is governed by the applicable signed agreement and mandatory legal protections.

21Events Beyond Our Control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, utility interruptions, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, labor shortages, emergencies, or other events that materially interfere with project operations.

22Updates to These Terms.

These Terms & Conditions may be revised periodically to reflect changes in services, website functionality, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will become effective when published unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise for an existing project.

23Acceptance.

By continuing to use this website, submitting a service inquiry, requesting an estimate, or proceeding with a project after these terms have been made available, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review them. Questions regarding these Terms & Conditions should be directed through the contact information provided on this website.
